Remote Simultaneous Interpretation via Zoom – Research Ethic Standards Topic

Oct 11 - 14, 2021 – MGTIS provided one English <> Tetum simultaneous interpreter for UNESCO Jakarta during the training on Research Ethic Standards: Refashioning Scientific Dialogue. This training involved a list of participants from around the world including participants from Timor-Leste. Topics covered were Leadership and Ethics; Integrity in Science; Responsible Conduct and Dual Use Dilemma; Fostering Culture of Ethics; Operational Procedures of Bioethics Committee; Policy Advise Institute viz. Establishment of the Academy of Sciences; Dual Use of Biotechnology & Ethics; As well as Publication ethics & good practices.
